Sonia Cervantes, CHC, CNC, CCMH, is a Certified Health Coach, Nutritionist, Therapeutic Chef, and founder of Sonia’s Healthy Corner. Sonia holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration. After a rewarding 20-year career in Technology Sales at Fortune 500 companies, Sonia’s true calling emerged when she witnessed her parents’ struggle with chronic illnesses. Inspired to make a difference, she now dedicates her life to helping others embrace wellness and vitality.

With heartfelt passion, Sonia empowers individuals, families and organizations  to take charge of their health through simple, everyday lifestyle changes. Her interactive wellness workshops and healthy cooking classes focus on Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, and Nutrition, making healthy living accessible and enjoyable. Sonia’s evidence-based, hands-on approach has touched communities across San Diego since 2018,  earning recognition as a San Diego Live Well Partner in 2020 and the 2024 San Diego Small Business Community-Minded Award winner.
